Paramixovirus like mumps, rubella and measles are involved in some viral meningoencephalitis. Triple combined vaccines have been employed for several years in many countries. The aim of this work is to determine the IgG anti mumps, rubella and measles polyspecific response in pediatric patients with acute viral meningoencephalitis. A 2018 retrospective study in pediatric patients with acute viral meningoencephalitis previously vaccinated with the triple viral vaccine MMR was performed to identify the immune response status against mumps, rubella and measles in samples from LABCEL serum and cerebrospinal fluid collection. Quantification of IgG specific antibody was performed by ELISA. Intrathecal polyspecific response was present in all patients. A significant decrement of anti IgG mumps specific antibody index was observed according to age and response time. A shortage of the response time of IgG mumps specific antibodies according to the age of vaccination was demonstrated(AU)

Behçet's disease is a chronic, multisystem, autoimmune vasculitis characterized by a triad of key signs. We report the case of a 16-year-old Caucasian girl, who complained of headache, dizziness and paresis of the left side of her body. After physical examination and ancillary tests, she was diagnosed with Behçet's disease with neurological manifestations (neuro-Behçet's disease). She had a good response to treatment. IgG, IgA, IgM and albumin were quantified in serum and cerebrospinal fluid by single radial immunodiffusion. Intrathecal synthesis was found for the 3 classes of immunoglobulins. This is the first case in which the Reibergram was used to evaluate the neuroimmunological response in a patient with Behçet's disease, suggesting the use of this diagnostic means for the active phase of the disease

Antinuclear antibodies present in the serum of patients with rheumatic diseases origin, such as Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Sjögren's syndrome, Progressive Systemic Sclerosis and Polymyositis. In 1948, they discovered the lupus Erythematosus cell and its relationship with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, pointing to the autoimmune nature of the disease, by demonstrating the existence of substances that autoantibodies call. Testing antinuclear antibodies are very useful in the study of autoimmune connective tissue diseases. Each has a private collection of antibodies that help, in some cases, be able to establish the diagnosis, in others point the prognosis of the disease. There proteins is very important, and it constitutes a valuable tool like marker inflammatory in rheumatologic illnesses of immunological origin
